LM2647MTCX/NOPB Overview
Capsuled in the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. This dc control operates at 5.5V~28V and has a 5.5V~28V supply voltage. Worked in a -5°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz~500kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER.
