A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4V~6.85V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 8 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number LM27222.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 5V is required for operation.The board has a total of 8 component pins.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 33V.Considering its maximum power dissipation, 720mW shows its maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.In order to ensure greater stability, it is recommended to keep the supply current at 825μA.
