A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Using a 9V~14V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~125°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Mosfet driver consists of 10 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number LM5104.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.When the device is designed, it has 10 pins.A supply voltage of 12V is required for operation.There is a maximum output current of 1.8A that can be achieved.The subcategory of MOSFET Drivers contains a wide variety of useful electronic components.The board has a total of 10 component pins.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 118V.There are 2 outputs integrated for its basis.The output current can be set to 1.8A.If you want a stable supply current, you should keep it at 3mA.Mosfet gate drivers produces a voltage of 350mV.When not affected by external factors, this part consumes its quiescent current at 400μA.
