In order to increase flexibility, the package 10-WDFN Exposed Pad is used.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.When the supply voltage is set to 9V~14V, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Mosfet driver is based on 10 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number LM5104.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.During design, it is configured with 10 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 1.8A.The subcategory of MOSFET Drivers contains a wide variety of useful electronic components.The component has 10 pins.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 118V.This device is capable of delivering 1.8A current.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 3mA.A part's quiescent current at 400μA is the amount of current consumed when it is not affected by external factors.
