Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 3.5V~14V demonstrates its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.There are 10 terminations to form the base of its configuration.You will find various related parts under the base part number LM5110.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 10 pins when designing.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.An output current as high as 5A can be achieved at maximum power.There are 10 component pins on the board.The output current of this device can be set to 5A.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you keep the supply current at 2mA in order to achieve greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.Its quiescent current at 1mA is the current it consumes when not affected by external factors.
