A higher level of flexibility is provided by its SOT-23-6 package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.By using 4V~12.6V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~125°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Initially, the configuration is composed of 6 terminations.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number LM5134.When the device is designed, it has 6 pins.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.There are 2 outputs integrated for its basis.This device supports a current output of 7.6A at the output.
