The case is made of 16-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) plastic. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is a good choice for packing the part. There are two ways in which this part is mounted. The voltage that is applied to the circuit is 4.2V~40V. The minimum operating temperature of this component must not be -40°C~125°C TJ.
