As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. A supply voltage of 3V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. Surface Mount mounts IC management. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. In total, it has 3 pins on IC management. Power managment ic pin count is 3. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1V for this PMIC. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
