As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An upper frequency limit of 2.6GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There are 3.15V~3.45V available for use with this clock PLL. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature.
