LMK04010BISQX/NOPB Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL as its input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. 1.296GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3.15V~3.45V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. There are several logic levels in 2VPECL, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Clock Conditioner component. The output frequency can be amplified as high as possible with its 5 signal outputs. Phase locked loop is well suited for TR based on PLL's reliable performance.
