As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL.
