LMK04806BISQ/NOPB Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 64 terminations found in the file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. Providing a maximum frequency of 1.536GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels.
