The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package to save space. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~100°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 100kHz. Input voltage 3V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 1.244V. Featuring a 1.25A Switch output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. On the basis of 65V Switch's maximal output voltage, DC DC switching regulator can be operated easily. It provides the adjusting voltage regulator's maximal output voltage of 40V. External factors have no impact on DC DC switching regulator's ability to consume 50μA A of quiescent current.
