This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, 16 terminations are present. There is a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package to save space. The voltage regulator 12v has 2 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 920kHz~1.06MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.7V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1.4A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 36V for this voltage regulator 12v. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 12V.
