There is a 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 200kHz~2.5MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.215V volts. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 6A Switch output current.
