LT3970EMS#PBF Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, 10 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package to save space. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 200kHz~2.25MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.2V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 1.21V. Featuring a 535mA Switch output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 40V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided. This voltage regulator is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the LT3970 family of voltage regulator 12vs. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 25V. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 10 pins are required. There should be at least a 1.21V volt output voltage for this switching regulator in order to make it work properly. In order to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation, the maximum output current reaches 350mA A. A maximum voltage of 25V can be obtained from the regulator voltage.
