It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 16 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. There is a 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ. DC-DC switching regulators reach 200kHz~2.25MHz switching frequencies. Input voltage 4.3V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.197V. Featuring a 5A output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. There is a maximum input voltage of 40V for this voltage regulator 12v.
