For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 20-WFQFN, 18 Leads, Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount, Wettable Flank mounting. -40°C~150°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 210kHz~2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3.4V as an input voltage. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.97V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 5A, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 5A. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 42V.
