LTC1148HVCS#TRPBF Overview
Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 3.5V~20V. Suitable for work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at Up to 250kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at DUAL . There are many different types of terminations for 14. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include CONSTANT OFF TIME.
