It comes in a 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 3.8V~10.3V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Switching can be done at Up to 1MHz with this switching controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Ramp, Soft Start provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. The 20 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PHASE-SHIFT CONTROL.
