The package that contains this software is called 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of 0°C~70°C. It is designed to maximiTubee space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tube. Its base part number LTC2634 can be used to find parts that are related to it. In this case, 16 pins are used in the design.
