LTC2965HDD#PBF Overview
There are 8 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tube. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. In this IC management you will find 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad functions for you to refer to. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Monitor products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. There is a voltage supply of 12V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 8. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. You can always use LTC2965, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
