optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. There are 24 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. The space-saving 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 2 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -55°C~150°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. 400kHz~4MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.25V as an input voltage. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V volts. With its peak reflow temperature of NOT SPECIFIED, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.3V to meet the operation requirements.
