The 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.In the absence of a 7.2V~13.5V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~125°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number LTC4444.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 114V.A gate driver in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series is included in this document.
