Its 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad, 12 Leads package is adopted for higher flexibility.Tube is the packaging method.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 1 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 3.5V~15V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Many related parts can be found under its base part number LTC7000.When the device is designed, it has 12 pins.Components with 16 pins are available.A boot strap voltage of 135V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.
