There is greater flexibility with the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package.A package of Tube has been used.This device is equipped with 1 drivers for its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.In the absence of a 3.5V~15V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number LTC7004.The pins are configured with 10 when designing the chip.The number of component pins is 10.A boot strap voltage of 60V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.
