The 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package reduces the amount of space on a board.Telecommunications equipment is packed using the Tape & Reel (TR) method.Surface Mount is used as telecommunications equipment mounting type.A 1-circuit composes this telecom IC .The voltage supplied to 2.8V~5.5V can improve efficiency.A temperature setting of -40°C~85°C ensures reliable performance.Surface Mount is the way telecom switching is mounted.16 pins are located on this telecom interface.A 5mA supply current is required to operate telecom equipment .To give designers much flexibility, it uses 5mA as the supply current.A minimum temperature value -40°C is set to ensure normal operation.In order to maintain normal operation, 85°C must be set at its maximum value.Telecommunications device is recommended that at least 2.8V voltage be supplied.5.5V should be lower than the voltage supplied.At frequency 3.58MHz, this telecommunication product operates.
