Fpga chips is supplied in the 400-LFBGA package. There are FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY transistors in this type of FPGA. Having 195 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. Logic blocks consist of 27696 logic elements/cells. In order to operate fpga chips, a voltage supply of 1.2V volts is required. FPGA parts like this belong to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. With a supply voltage of 1.14V~2.625V, this device operates with ease. As part of the IGLOO2 series of FPGAs, it is a type of FPGA. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~100°C TJ when operating. This device is equipped with 207 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tray for the purpose of saving space. In total, there are a total of 400 terminations on fpga chips. Having a RAM bit size of 1130496 means that this device will offer you a lot of memory. The device runs on a 1.2V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate.
