This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. This harley voltage regulator has 16 terminations. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. There is a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjustable (Fixed) outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 750kHz~1.25MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 0.7V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 2.5V 3.3V. As a result of the 2A Switch output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design.
