MAX24610EXG2 Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 81-LBGA, CSBGA package. CMOS, TTL, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An up to 750MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 1.8V~3.3V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CML, CMOS, HCSL, HSTL, LVDS, LVPECL, SSTL, TTL logic.
