MAX313ESE+ Overview
Presented in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. A total of 16 terminations have been recorded. Due to its 1 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 15V voltage supply. There are 16 pins injected into the electronic part body. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPST - NO switching circuits. A 4 circuit is present in this switch device. The analog switch ic is of the Dual, Single supply type and is cost-effective. It is recommended to use 4.5V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. Putting voltage greater than 100pA on the multiplexer may cause damage. If put voltage greater than 20V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. When using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 4.5V. The electrical part can be operated at 20V voltage levels. Resistivity from Drain to Source is 10Ohm for this electronic part.
