The product is delivered in a Tube case with a lid.The package is in 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad-shape.As a general rule, the mounting type Surface Mount should be used.-40°C~85°C TA operating temperature varies with the device.A supply output of 3V~3.6V volts can be found on the chip.For input, there is a LVDS form.There is a recognition of the output type as CML for the interface IC.4 inputs are required.There is an option for the device to maintain 1 outputs.Surface Mount allows mounting of the device.As specified in the specification, the operating supply voltage for the chip is 3.3V volts.Its operating current is 138mA, which is the supply current it uses for its operation.In order to sort the part's telecom IC type, ATM/SONET/SDH SERIAL TO PARALLEL/PARALLEL TO SERIAL CONVERTER are used.
