Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Configuration is supported by 1 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~85°C TA.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MAX4420.The mount method is Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.Specification is for 18V supply voltage operation.In this case, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER serves as the interface IC.As a maximum, there is 6A limit to the output current.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.Components with 8 pins are available.Based on its maximum power dissipation of 471mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power loss without overheating.In order to ensure greater stability, it is recommended to keep the supply current at 1.5mA.
