MAX4640ESD+ Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). The advanced packaging method Tube provides high reliability. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 1:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. 14 terminations have been made so far. As a result of its 1 channels, this electronic component provides high-quality output. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 3V voltage supply. A total of 14 pins are injected into the body of the electronic part. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 1μA current. This analogue multiplexer requires a voltage of 2V~12V when it drains from a single voltage supply. If put voltage greater than 1μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer.
