Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the SOT-23-6 package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.A total of 1 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4V~12.6V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.It's configured with 6 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MAX5048.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is mounted.The pins are configured with 6 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 7.6A.There are 6 component pins on the board.Considering its maximum power dissipation, 727mW shows its maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.
