This is included in the 80-TQFP package.At present, 12 channels are available.Tray-shaped packaging is used for this product.This device has a total of 80 terminations.Device QUAD is in the terminal position.The device consists of a total of 80 pins.High efficiency is possible at a voltage of 12V.In the way of Surface Mount, it's set up.Hot-swappable device is classified as a Hot Plug Controller electrical component.To ensure reliable operation, the temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.PCI Express? applications can be downloaded from the device.A feature of Auto Retry, SMBus, Thermal Limit, UVLO describes it.The device should be able to be powered by a 3V~3.6V 10.8V~13.2VV power source.There are Current Limit, Fault Timeout features that can be programmed.Hot-swappable device is important that the supply voltage (Vsup) is kept above 10.8V for normal operation of the device.Hot-swappable device is set to 13.2V (maximum supply voltage).
