To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a voltage supply of 3.6V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. In total, the power management has 4 pins in it. There are 4 pins on the power managment ic. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1V. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~125°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 5μA.
