As you can see, this power management is mounted through 5 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. Power management consists of 2 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products as well. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. Manage ics operate at 5V supply voltages. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 2. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 5. 5 pins make up the power management.
