For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package to save space. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at 0°C~70°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 500kHz. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
