There are 5 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. There are 2 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. There are SC-74A, SOT-753 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Compared to other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. A supply voltage of 2 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 5. 5 pins are on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 800mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating.
