In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. IC management is possible to find a succession of 3 voltages that have been checked. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, IC powers are 6 pins on the board. This power management system has 6 pins. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 800mV. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. The supply current of the power management is 15μA.
