Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are 1 channels on this power managment ic that can be found in a series. Please refer to power management for 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products as well. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. A supply voltage of 1.8V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Power ics operate at 2 supply voltages. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. Pin count of the power management is 70. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1V volts. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. Supplied with a operating current of 10μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified.
