Power management is mounted through 3 terminals. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. In a 5V supply voltage, the power management conducts. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, the power management has 3 pins in it. There are 3 pins on the power managment ic.
