This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Battery Backup Circuit products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 245 for the package during reflow. There is a voltage supply of 5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Using Through Hole, IC management is mounted.
