MAX809LTR Overview
Power management is mounted through 3 terminals. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. Please refer to power management for TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 235. A supply voltage of 3.3V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. There are a total of 3 pins on power management. 3 pins are on the supervisor. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~105°C TJ. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The power management's supply current is 800nA.
