For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This harley voltage regulator has 5 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. This harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 4MHz. Input voltage 2.7V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. 5.5V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage.
