Op amp is packaged in 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA case. This is a Current Sense type op amp. The op amp is delivered to you in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. There have been a total of 4 terminations over the past year. I would like to remind you that this buffer op amp should be powered by an 3.6V battery. It has 4 pins that make up the linear amplifier. The input offset voltage is 100μV. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type for this linear amplifier. Regarding the operating temperature of this device, instrumentation amplifier performs well at a temperature of -40°C~85°C . A supply current of 1.1μA can be used to operate this linear amplifier. As far as the device is concerned, buffer amplifier has 1 channels. It is important to keep in mind that the power supply voltage of this electric component is below 30V, which is suitable.
