Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 2GHz is available. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.4V~3.6V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics.
