This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 8 terminations found in the file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance.
