In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. 8 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 40MHz maximum. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There are 3V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. There are several logic levels in CMOS logic that can be used with this clock generator. This electronic component can be classified into Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Spread Spectrum Clock Generator. This clock generator can be classified as a kind of Clock Generators in general. The thermal destruction of an element may be caused by a supply current exceeding 7mA.
